Frequently asked
Can I send from a domain I don’t own?
No. Every sending domain is verified by DNS and senders must belong to a verified domain — this is core to protecting deliverability for everyone.
Do you support IP warmup?
Yes. New accounts start on a shared pool with progressive limits; dedicated IPs are available on higher plans with an automated warmup schedule.
How is billing handled?
Multi-currency, with per-currency pricing. Payments run through Razorpay, Cashfree or PayPal and are always verified server-side.
Is there an API?
A versioned REST API with OpenAPI docs, plus SMTP. Both enforce the same quota, rate-limit, suppression and abuse pipeline.
